We bought our new house before we sold our other, so it felt like we went thru the process twice. Kenya was very patient with me as I dragged her all over town looking at houses! The purchase of our new home went smoothly, but the sale of our old home did not. Once we listed, we were under contract in 5 days, which was amazing! Unfortunately, we had some unforeseen repairs that needed to be done, and the buyer's agent was difficult to deal with. I first used Kenya as my real estate agent two years ago to buy my home. She came highly recommended to me by a friend who used her as well. She was an all-around great agent. Professional, hardworking, and answered all of my questions at any time day or night. When my family moved to Tennessee and wanted to buy a house I referred them to Kenya. We recently used her again to sell our home, and help us buy a new one. Within a few days of contacting her arrangements were made to have the house photographed (made the house look like a model home) and listed. She did extensive marketing, and the night before my house was even listed on the MLS I had received my first appointment for a showing the next day!!
